I’m sharing what I did to overcome the fear of increasing menu prices and potentially losing customers and revenues.

By understanding what I share in this video, it helped me to finally charge my customers (more) the right amount of what I should have been charging them all that time.

And being able to confidently charge them more helped

– increase my low operating margins,
