With the current situation, not only is it stressful to have to pay or negotiate with your landlords to reduce or defer rent for April (and in the best case, forgive your rent…which I hope they do) but also looking at our business with a long-term view…is the current rent sustainable to your business in 2020 and beyond?

It is going to take some time for the monthly revenues to reach the levels they were at in 2019 and early 2020, so can you sustain your business and make a healthy profit with your current monthly rent amount?
